I found out about the passing of President Hinckley Monday morning. My heart was filled with many emotions as I realized what it meant. The only prophet I had ever really known and had come to love was gone. At the same moment I was so glad that he was reunited with his sweet wife whom he loved so much. He was an amazing man and had a way of reaching out to people's hearts and touching them in a way they could never forget. I had been looking forward to having the prophet in our midst for the upcoming Rexburg temple dedication. While I know there still will be a prophet here, it just doesn't feel the same. I never met this man personally but my love and admiration for him is strong. We will truly miss you President Hinckley.

In Memory of President Gordon B. Hinckley

He was an amazing man and had a way of reaching out to people's hearts and touching them in a way they could never forget. He was a perfect example of optimism and love. What a man. What a life he led. We're lucky to have had the ride with him....
