One of my long time friends got married down in Salt Lake. Our families were close growing up so my mom and I wanted to make it down for the wedding. Originally it was just going to be the two of us, but plans changed and I had to take the 3 girls with me. I was a little nervous about the drive, but they really did great. And, although it was a quick trip it was a lot of fun and really wasn't all that bad with 3 kids! Imagine that, life does continue...
A double bonus to the trip was that Lindy was able to meet up with us for the day as well. We started out the adventure at City Creek Mall. The kids loved the water and fish.

After the shopping we changed and headed to the reception. It was really fun to see everyone again after so long. I don't remember the last time we actually saw the family. Its great to see a good friend start on this new chapter of life. I'm excited for her!

The next morning we packed up and headed back home. :) Of course, there was a little shopping in the morning before leaving town. It was a nice little get away and I always love spending time with my mom.
