Kinsley @ 7 months

Our little Miss K!  This girl is such a happy baby!  She makes me want to have babies all the time.  She is just a sweet, adorable little thing!  I estimate that she's around 14 lbs. so either she's put on a lot of weight in the last month or our scale is a little off.  :)  I had to do a post for 7 months, because a lot has been happening in this girl's life!

She has finally mastered sitting.  She can even get down to her tummy from the sitting position and can almost get back up to sitting!  Which brings us to the crazy thing about this girl...she's trying to crawl!!!!  Literally overnight she figured out how to get up on her hands and knees and started rocking.  She hasn't gotten it down yet, but she can get around with scooting and other wiggling methods.  Our lives are about to change.  I've been telling the older girls that they will have to keep all their stuff picked up or she will destory it.  :)  I don't think they quite understand yet, but they will.  I have no doubt Kinsley will break them in quickly.  This little girl, that is so calm and happy, has decided she wants to be part of the action!

We've also started introducing solids.  She likes rice cereal.  Loves graham crackers.  Tolerated sweet potatoes.  Hated apples, and hates peas.  She really has little interest in baby food.  We try about once a day, but we might have better luck just going to finger foods.  Brynnley was the same way with baby food so I'm hoping it doesn't mean she'll be a horrible eater like Brynnley.  Fighting with 2 kids every meal- that might just put this momma over the edge!
