Our little Kinsley turned 1 this month. Its hard to believe she's been around for a whole year already! We did a fun little party with family and friends. This little girl is such a sweet happy baby. We just love her!
At a year old she's walking (actually started around 10 months), is just shy of 16 lbs. (another light weight) she has 5 teeth, likes to say "ya" all the time, refuses to give kisses except on rare occasions which I take full advantage of, loves to get into EVERYTHING, loves playing on the tramp, in the dirt, and being pushed around in the toy car. She's a pro at "patty cake" and cheesy grins. She's also learning how to be a little feisty and throw fits when she doesn't get what she wants. Brynnley took a bite of her banana the other day and, watch out! She's quite the escape artist during church and there have been multiple times where I suddenly hear her with the family behind us and realize she's been gone for who knows how long. She keeps us on our toes for sure!
This was the perfect cake! It looks great, but was SO easy! And, it was the perfect size for some little fingers to dig into. :)
Jacque's roommate came up and did face painting for the party. She was awesome! She did such an amazing job and the kids were so excited about it! We even got Kinsley in on the action, but we had to bribe her with bites of ice cream along the way.
She was a little unsure of all the singing going on and everyone standing around.
Thinking about it....
Oh, this might be fun!
Hmmm....maybe?
Okay, I'll try some out
Dig in!
Kinsley got a cute Olaf that sings from my parents. Every once in a while you'll get a little bum shake out of her while she plays with it. :)
All ready for bed after the fun night with a cheesy grin and all!
(I think she likes showing off her teeth)

I think she looks like Brynnley, but with dark hair. The cake turned out awesome-as did the face painting. Such a cute little thing.
We were so happy to be there! Nothing like a little snuggling with the grandkids.
