Every year I talk with Maddi about whether she wants to stick with ballet, try a different style of dance, try something new altogether....and this year she decided to switch things up a bit. We put her in a dance camp at another local studio so she could get a feel for other styles. Surprisingly, our little ballerina LOVED the hip hop! She decided to switch studios and I am so excited for this coming year. I think she's going to love branching out a bit and experiencing different dance styles. And, this new studio will give her a few more opportunities to perform throughout the year which I think is great.
