Evans Reunion 2015

We were in charge of the reunion this year. We decided to go up to Montana to see the old ghost towns up there and the Lewis and Clarke Caverns.  It turned out to be a really great weekend.

Of course with Ryan's family we can never miss the parade so off to Ennis we went for theirs.  I'm not a huge fan of parades in small towns, but the kids had fun and we did get to see Olaf!  And, in summer just like he's always wanted to experience. ;)

One of our adventures in the ghost towns was panning for gold.  We didn't find any gold, but we did find some precious stones.  I can't remember which ones now, but the kids had a blast through the whole process.  Kinsley was a little bit of a terror and ended up completely soaked before the event was done.
We walked through all the little shops and had some old fashioned homemade ice cream from this places.  It was delicious and perfect for a hot summer day.

There is a train that goes between the two ghost towns.  This is us riding on the train.

And a few minutes later she looked like this...
