Our week with Lindy

We had a lot of fun this week. One thing we did was go to Mesa Falls. We walked down to the falls and then had a picnic there. It was a beautiful day and we had fun, but the mosquitoes were horrible!! There were swarms everywhere! Maddi and I escaped without any bites, but Lindy...well she wasn't as lucky. I think she had around 8 on one foot!

We also spent one day at the park. Maddi loves going there and she had fun with her Aunt Lindy. We also got some really cute pictures this time!

There was so much more that we did it seems like, but these were probably the highlights. Lindy helped me pack up things to put in our newly acquired storage unit. (Hooray for more room in our apartment!) Lindy got a manicure at the school, we went and played on a blow up water park with some of Ryan's family, tried finding shorts for Lindy here in Rexburg...it was a flop, and just had a good time overall. I think Maddi really enjoyed always having a friend around. The first few days Lindy always rode in the back seat of the car and then realized that she could actually ride in the front. So, when she moved up front Maddi started crying and pointing to the back seat...she wanted Lindy back with her! It was pretty cute. We ate lots of yummy things while she was here like, Otter Pops, Cherry Cheescake, Ice cream from G's Dairy, and German Chocolate Brownies...yeah it was a good week. Thanks for coming up and spending some time with us Lindy...it was great having you around. We'll plan it again for next summer.
