Spilled Milk

Well, this was the end of "one of those days". Maddi did not want to cooperate with anything all day long and we had a million things to do. We got into quite the little battle when trying to get her into her carseat to run errands. Needless to say I was EXHAUSTED by the end of the day, but still had one more meeting to go to. She wanted cereal for dinner and I was more than happy to oblige. I got off the phone with Ryan telling him that I wouldn't be taking her with me after all and then looked at Maddi and asked her if she could just give me a hug. We'd had a rough day and I figured it would help. As she reaches over to give me a hug she hits her bowl and this is the end result...I couldn't help but laugh. This picture says it all. I am glad to say that Maddi was a great helper with this incident though and pretty much cleaned up the whole mess.
