At the beginning of May, Ryan had meetings in Boise and it worked out that Maddi was out of school that Monday as well so we were all able to go. It was beautiful weather while we were there and we took full advantage of it! The kids loved playing on the swing set and I had to remind them that they would get lots of playing time on it in the weeks to come since we had a few trips to Boise planned. :)
We wanted to go get some Shaved Ice with Lindy after school so once she got home we loaded up the wagon and took off.
Brynnley didn't make it too far before she wanted to be held and was then out cold. We tried everything to wake her up. Luckily, she woke up just in time as we got to the front of the line and were ordering.
We enjoyed our snow cones and made it back home. Shortly after that, Brynnley rolled off the couch and hit the corner of the coffee table with her head. She had a pretty good little goose egg. Its amazing to me that this girl hasn't been to the E.R. yet in her life.
It was a quick trip, but they are always fun. This was probably one of the last times me and the girls get to go with Ryan when he has meetings. With Maddi starting 1st grade she won't have as many days off, and with 3 kids soon it gets harder and harder to pack up and leave. :)
