I just can't help myself

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Okay I got out some of the frustration. I am really almost speechless right now. Nancy Pelosi thinks I'm UN-American, because I am speaking out against the health care bill and not allowing the other side to be heard. Uh....maybe its because nobody believes in the other side?!? How dare she try to tell me that by exercising my first ammendment right I am being un-american! Okay Pelosi, I'll just sit quietly while you explain how much this bill will better my health care and nod and smile and never voice anything in oppostion. Really, do these people think we are that stupid! She's saying this, because she doesn't want to have to fight for her side of the argument. In fact, I watched a video of her "town hall" meeting that was only by invitation...basically a press conference. Okay so you got your chance to speak your side Pelosi, but apparently the 1st ammendment only concerns you and not the rest of us.
And in case you didn't know we are also being asked to send an email to the government if we hear anything "fishy" or that is "disinformation" about the health care bill. (aka: anything against it) So, now we spy on each other, huh? Well, don't worry- I plan on turning myself in for posting such "disinformation" on my blog. How absolutely absurd!! What people must understand is that this fight is much more than just a health care bill. It is about keeping America the way she was intended to be, a republic, not a socialist country.

Here's the links:
"I'm un-american" and "spy on me"

Enjoy...sorry kelly...I know this will get you fired up again. :)

Myranda, you're absolutely right about your first amendment frustration. Come on, they could have at least tried. It's not like a healthcare bill HAD to suck this much. Own it and then fix it people! But don't tell us we can't rant about what a half assed job they did with it.

I don't know though, I get some pretty crazy email chain forwards from my mother about some really untrue and easily disproved rumors that fly around the places she interacts with people. I could stand for someone stopping the nonsense from pouring into my inbox. And I'm not talking about just anything against any given controversy, that's why I pop by here - since we left the Treasure Valley, all I get is blatant falsification from the radical right. It's nice to have a place where real, conservative people can say what they think intelligently. Please keep it up.

Just so you know, I do read this stuff you post even though I don't ever leave comments. I kind of like the stuff you bring up because it makes me look smart at the dinner table when I'm talking to Ber. :)

Yeah, with the whole "spy" thing... did you get Alison's forward with Glen Beck about cars.gov? If not, let me know and I will email it to you. It's pretty crazy. I don't like what our government is becoming. All I can think is that the time is getting closer and closer for the saints to gather together in Zion.
