The Jones Family Addition

This last weekend I went down to see my new little nephew, Matthew J. Jones. He is very cute and was quite a big baby! He weiged 8 lbs. 1/2 oz. and was 21" long. Much bigger than Maddi who came in at 6 lbs. 12 0z. ha ha He's doing great and has already made it up to 8 lbs. 10 oz. Way to go Matthew! It was fun spending some time with Carissa and her new little baby. Newborns are just so much fun! It makes me long for those days even more when you see those sweet little faces just so content with life and so innocent. How precious.

Maddi loved her new cousin. She is so sweet with babies- I love watching her with them.

I am also proud to report that it took Maddi all of one feeding to figure out what was going on and then proceed to ask for her dress to be undone so she could feed her baby doll. :) Oh dear! We're just hoping she doesn't share her new knowledge at nursery one week! ha ha
