Happy Thanksgiving...finally. :)

Well life sure does get crazy around the holidays and so I am finally getting to my Thanksgiving weekend post. We went to Rupert and spent the time with my family. Everyone was there and it was lots of fun. We never know how to have unplanned time so it was an event filled vacation. Among the activities there was: Thanksgiving dinner, BSU football game (which we won of course), Ornament Exchange party, my cousin's baptism, family pictures, cutting down a Christmas tree, going out to the movies, and having lots of fun. I love this time of year and the spirit that is in the air. It truly is a wonderful time.

Ryan and Maddi playing in our first real snow of the year. I can't believe it waited until the end of November!
Setting the table for dinner
Maddi with her ornament from Aunt Missy. She gave everyone pigs for the year of the Swine Flu! haha
My sisters little family
Carrisa, Justin, and baby Matthew (he's hiding in her coat)
Finally getting our tree ready to take down the mountain. It took me forever to find one! It still wasn't my ideal, but it is looking better now that we're getting it decorated. :) (pictures coming soon)
Maddi loving the snow
Haddlee and Maddi watching a movie. These two were pretty much inseparable the whole weekend. What a funny pair!
I also made stockings with my sister and grandma. They turned out really cute and I will get pictures of them as well. We haven't ever had good stockings that you can actually fit things in so this year will be fun to stuff them!

I can see where you get your busy itch from:) I want to see your stockings! I have been really stuck this year, as I need one more but want them all to be the same. I hope you are recuperating well! It was good to see you today. We need to get together again soon, maybe a Christmas dinner? :)
