A HORSE!
I actually took Maddi to see Santa this year and she did really well. She wouldn't smile for the picture, but she sat on his lap and told him what she wanted...a horse. That's all she's been asking for. He did ask her if she wanted a toy too and she said yes, so now she says a horse and a toy. haha Luckily for her she's getting both in one as there will be no real horses at this house! She is quite the character and has really been enjoying the Christmas season this year. She loves seeing all the lights, and Christmas trees and is certainly excited about opening the presents. She asks every day if we can open the presents under the tree.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and has a chance to reflect on the true meaning of this holiday season. I know I am so grateful for the birth of my Savior and for this time of the year where I can remember that wonderful day and all that His life entailed. May the spirit of Christmas fill your hearts this year. Happy Holidays!

haha...what a funny little girl. i remember asking for a horse in the third grade. i didn't really want one, but it was what every other girl was asking for. so i figured if santa was being so generous, i should ask, too! kids are so funny. merry christmas to you guys!
