County Fair

Well, I've lived in Rexburg for 4 1/2 years now and I never knew we had a fair...is that pathetic or what?!? Seriously, I don't know how I've missed it, but yeah... So this year I saw the ONE sign they have up (maybe that has something to do with it) and we decided to go check it out. Can't say there was anything special, but it was still a nice night out. I had forgotten how creepy carnies can be though and I think that creepiness increases ten fold when you have kids getting onto the rides they are controlling.

Maddi, of course, was in love with all the animals. She especially enjoyed feeding the goats and now has decided that she wants a goat too. Great.

Despite the creepiness of the workers, Maddi thought this ride was the coolest! The simplicity of a child's life is priceless. Well, actually this ride cost us $3...really! She only rode one.

I never get pictures of Ryan and I since I'm always the one with the camera. Well, Maddi has loved to take pictures lately so I thought, hey lets see if she can actually get a decent one of us. She got two really good ones.

Ryan says it looks like he's choking me here, but really he's just giving me a kiss. :) This is how most pictures start out for us until I can convince him to take a "non funny" one. Love him!
