Dance recitals. I love them. I have SO many memories of my own that I just can't help but be excited when Maddi has hers. We make a day of it and she loves it!
We start off by going into the school earlier in the day to get her hair done. This face is in no way excited!
Brynnley just munched on a carrot while we waited for Maddi to be finished. :)
Back to the dressing room to get the costumes on. I always love their costumes every year!
Maddi has made a lot of friends in dance, but Megan and her were so cute together this year! They both have such fun personalities and it was hilarious to watch them interact each week.
Now, at this point in the post there will be some pictures of the dances and hopefully videos in the future. Somehow we have lost the cord for the camcorder and after finally getting the pictures of her dancing off my mom's computer I left my hard drive at her house. So, check back later for those! :)
After it was over Maddi got flowers from her dad & Grandpa Koyle, and she got to keep her lightsaber so she was a pretty happy girl!
I love watching Maddi dance. Even though I never want to force my kids down a certain path I couldn't be more happy for her to enjoy dance. It was always a part of my life and now through her I get to keep it that way. And this little girl certainly loves it. :) You are a very cute dancer Maddi! We love you!

Haha, I love how in every picture Brynnley is doing the super cheesy squinty smile, or the one-eye wink smile. Used to be trademarks of Maddi, but now they're Brynnleys! haha, I wonder if all your kids will do it. love the updates, miss you all!
