Stimpson Reunion 2012

The Stimpson reunion.  Oh how I love it!  A week away from all worries, cell phones, tv...life.  :)  Every year I am certain I have a post much like this one from this reunion and I probably say the same things, but thats because its all true!  It is such a relaxing time!  I have so many memories growing up here and now my kids have them and its so much fun!  It was a smaller group this year, but still lots of good times to be had by all.  And the best part this year was that we actually got to stay almost a whole week!  That was great!  I just love camping.

Maddi was pretty excited about the fishing this year and as luck would have it, they stocked the river the day we got up there!  We caught so many fish, which meant fish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

We took Zoey up with us and she had a blast!  She loves the water and was in heaven being able to play in it all the time.  She did get a little dirty, but hey, the fun is what counts.

It wouldn't be the reunion without picking up a group of tubers down at "The Hole".  Of course we had fun throwing rocks in to splash them along the way as well. :)

Jacque attacking Lindy.  Caught ya!

Ryan and I always try to go on a ride while we are there.  It was a fun one this year with just a few of us.

Such beautiful views!
Thanks to Pinterest we wanted to make the glowstick jars for the kids.  Unfortunately it was a bit messy and didn't turn out as great as we hoped.  But, the kids still had fun.

We also spent our times doing craft felts.  I made a sandwich and ice cream kit, as well as a Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head set.  The kids have loved playing with them!  (They make great church toys)  We learned a new way to play mafia which was really fun, ate lots of yummy food, and got rained on a lot. :)  Can't wait till next year!
